1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 100% refund for any service order if the request is made within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Refunds will only be processed if no significant work has been initiated or deliverables have not been sent within this timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
After the 48-hour window, refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
Work has already commenced or a portion of the service has been delivered.
The delay in service delivery is caused due to lack of response, content, or feedback from the client.
The client decides to cancel the service due to a change of mind unrelated to service quality.
The request for refund is made after project scope has been mutually finalized and work has progressed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at support@justoconsulting.com or call our Support line: +1 718 395 7786 with your Order ID, reason for cancellation, and date of purchase.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Chargebacks without prior communication may lead to suspension of current and future services.
5. Modification or Cancellation of Services
Clients may request modifications to the service, and we’re happy to accommodate reasonable changes. However, excessive revision demands or scope changes beyond what was originally agreed may incur additional costs and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
